Day 1

We will arrive at Røyrvik Guesthouse and be accommodated before a dinner of quality local food is served. After dinner there will be a guided tour at the Arctic Fox centre, giving you exciting information and stories about the local Arctic Fox.

Day 2

After a good night’s sleep and a nice breakfast, we will drive to Namsvatnet, a local lake and go by boat into Børgefjell national park. In the national park we will take a short hike before heading back to the boat. During the boat ride we will stop at Børgefjellfoten, where we will be served a delicious dinner based on local produce. After this experience we will go back to Røyrvik Guesthouse for a relaxing evening.

we will spend this day at Destination Dærga. Here you will get a unique experience of Sami food, culture and traditions. Sami people is the indigenous people in Scandinavia and has a rich and valuable connection to nature.

Day 3

Breakfast will be served at 08:00 this morning. After breakfast we will go by bus to Dærga, the highest mountain peak in Rørvik county. This hike will take about two hours each way, which will be well worth it when seeing the amazing view from the top of Dærga and gaze upon the national park. After this trip we will go to Skånaliseter cheese farm and be served lunch, also with local produce. When we are finished here we return to Røyrvik Guesthouse where a nice, warm shower and sauna awaits. In the evening there will be dinner and time for social gathering, some nice beverage and a good time.

Day 4
